Great artist; Thanks for sharing.
I can hear many clippings in this wonderful, rare and precious recording. I would like to suggest you to record it again, adjusting the input volume between 0.40-0.45 (to avoid clipping, distortions) when using Audacity.
Antônio Guedes Barbosa was a great pianist, unfortunately he passed very young. He is little known by the general public.
All of us can hear that he had a very strong passionate playing style, so it is difficult to reproduce his recordings.
I uploaded the complete mazurkas recordings to my channel on Youtube. It's a very rare recording:

I saw Guedes Barbosa a short time before he died. He came in my city, Belo Horizonte, for a concert in the main theater here, "Palacio das Artes". He played Beethoven's Waldstein sonata and a few other preludes by Debussy. It was the first and last time I saw him live. I remember him very well. RIP.
